		<description>Mark, you're a step ahead of the game if you're aware of the loss of peace and focus. Peace keeps us poised. Focus keeps us on track. Their diminishment has a big impact that is worth keeping an eye on.

It can feel like we're not doing our job if we give some time to restoring these intangibles. But if doing so gets us back on track and ready for whatever comes at us next, the investment has an enormous pay off. Hence the value I find in quantifying what procrastination is costing you. There may be better investments.</description>

I'm not sure I procrastinate so much as lose focus, though. I need to set better boundaries.</description>
